Jigsaw License Issue Update

As you know, we have received a new licensing module from our licensing provider.

Unfortunately it appears the new module has a glitch that will impact some customers. The issue is as follows:

1 - open Ninja + connect to feed 1

2 - open a workspace with Jigsaw tools on it (or make a new chart and add Jigsaw tools)

3 - connect to another feed.

At that point, the 2nd connection will fail. We are trying to resolve this but I think we will need input from the licensing company.

There are 2 workarounds

Workaround 1

Set all of your connections to auto-connect. This way, the connections will connect OK and the software will run fine. Note that connections will connect in alphabetical order. So if you use Kinetick & IB- rename your Kinetick feed "aKinetick" to get it to connect first.

Workaround 2

Connect to your connections and then open any workspaces with Jigsaw tools. Before closing Ninja, close the workspaces that contain Jigsaw tools before startup.

Once again, I apologize for this. Be assured that both myself and our smartest troubleshooter - Keng are working on this as a top priority and we aren't sleeping until it's fixed.
