I stumbled upon this youtube video today. It's from Guy Bowers Youtube page which is associated with the Aussie prop firm Propex.
I met a few Propex traders who worked at their office in Singapore, so I can assure you this isn't some guy in his bedroom.
Anyway - the video explains a fairly common drill prop traders are put through to help them acquire the skill of staying in the trade as long as you have the depth on your side.
